Switching from the stock 2GB to 4GB was actually a 'snap' with this kit. Took possibly five minutes to set up and the program booted perfectly. I work with a lot of music and graphic applications so I'm currently noticing a fantastic speed improvement. Advised for anybody interested in upgrading their personal iMac. 1 of the sticks was dislodged from its place in the plastic container, which may have caused issues even though shifting close to in the course of an even longer transit time, which leads me to... HORRIBLE 'Egg Saver' three-7 day shipping. Your order will get sent through DHL and then abandoned with USPS. Who knew that the tracking number worked on the USPS web page... spent 40 minutes waiting in queue for a buyer service rep to tell me this. Even so, my order was shipped 12ቷ and arrived on 1ǝ. 12 days total. Do your self a favor and spend for superior shipping or shop elsewhere.

I bought this 4GB memory kit to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 1720 Laptop. My laptop is like brand new now! It is super rapidly and the memory sticks had been quite straightforward to install. The full 4GB's were recognized instantly. Fantastic item, arrived really quickly. None that I can feel of.

Please Read Below Please Read under Definitely a really superior memory BUT doesn't function with a Macbook santa Rosa, in spite of what you could read on particular forums. Truly a single could perform with the original other 1 (the memory system is locked to 667mhz like that), but as soon the two are installed, the dual channel (who asked for the fully power 800mhz) doesn't allowed the technique to perform, despite the FSB 800. So be carefull !!!!

Used this for a pc job. The laptop manufacturer incorrectly stated the max amount of memory the model supported. It was really only two GB.But i was able to use one of these in that system and an additional 1 of these in another job. NONE that i can assume of. Certainly double-check the laptop mfg for maximum supported amount. Most modern day ones use at least four now.

Easy installation. Good price. Makes my Toshiba Satellite L305-S5921 function much better with numerous windows open. It recognizes all 4GB.I thought the processor was comparatively slow, it's not now that there is sufficient RAM to run. My Toshiba shares RAM with video. It's good to have sufficient. Thumbs up Kingston None whatsoever. I'd obtain once again in a second.
