It does what it's supposed to do. Price matched at around $10, it's the best deal on a USB 3.0 extension cable I found. StarTech has another one without the kind of bubble of this one, but I thought it would be more convenient to have the bubble where you can just snap the USB device onto it with one hand. 5 FT is just enough for me to get it where I want on my desk near my monitor while having my computer on the floor under the desk.
