Cons:When formated it doesn't show the full 16GB. DSoes come fairly close with 15395MB.Have yet to see the specified write speed of class 10 if it even gets it. Max write speed I have seen is just past a class 6 with 6.12MB a second then droped to just over 5MB a second then to just over 4MB a second

Bought it on sale to replace the memory card that came with my phone. Other than the fact it works and has more storage capacity than my original I am not impressed by it. Haven't seen the read speeds that it is rated for and doesn't have the capacity that is specified for it. Found the write speed to be very under-classed. I would give it a class 6 speed rating. When I copied the contents of the card to my laptop with great transfer speeds. But when i did a format of the card and went to copy the files back the transfer speeds were not what i had expected. Took transferring over 6GB before it hit a write speed of 6.12MB a second then it dropped to 5MB a second then to just over 4MB a second. |

I'm using this in a dashcam that records at 720p m 30fps. The dashcam requires a Class 10 MicroSD card. This Adata one seems to do the job and there are no errors from my dashcam. Hope it's reliable in the long run as well. |

For a rooted phone running an outdated version of Android. Read and write speeds aren't anywhere near their manufacturer spec, but this is true for every microSDHC I've ever used. Attempted with various block sizes, file systems, and file sizes but still saw no real improvement in terms of speed.That being said, replacing an old Class 2 or 4 card creates a large margin of performance gains, especially in terms of my phone's boot speed. App2SD running (in one configuration or the other) and my boot time is cut by at least 20% thanks to the much higher read speeds.Hopefully it won't die on me early and I'll have to RMA. |
