Two days after the product arrived, two keys stopped working. I called customer service about a full refund, even though the website and invoice indicated an exchange only for the same item on a return. This company had no problem refunding my full cost and providing me with clear instructions for returning the product. This is the first keyboard that I have had this problem with. ''0'' for the keyboard, ''5'' for this company. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
