Terrible scanner, didn't work out of the box, Adesso ended up replacing it, didn't work again, then Adesso made a complete and utter mess of replacing. Still involved in the process, still no scanner. Avoid this and all other Adesso products like the plague. |
Bought this for my client 4 months ago and then it quit working. Call their support and the answer is NO WARRANTY unless you buy directly from them, even though it listed on this site with 1 year limited warranty, but didn't say it doesn't apply to Canada.
