ALTEC LANSING VS2620 2.0 Value Computer Speakers

I bought these speakers to upgrade from some $5 pieces of junk. I didn't expect a whole lot, just hoping for a slightly better sound quality... but I was very pleasantly surprised when I hooked these up. The sound quality is excellent for the price, bass comes through richly. I've had them for a couple of months now and they've stood up to gaming, movies, and metal very well (though I've never cranked the volume all the way). They are a little bulky, so pay attention to the dimensions listed when you buy 'em. My only real complaint is there is no headphone jack on the speakers. The jack that's there is an input jack, for an MP3 player or some such, which I thought was a little silly. A headphone jack would have been much more useful. But all in all, an excellent buy!

These speakers are really nice gloss looking standard speakers. They are the best for the money. I think they could be louder though. I have the sound cranked and my volume on the computer cranked and it isn't very loud. Don't get this to crank tunes to but they are awesome standard speakers!
