AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHz Socket FM2 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:Gets a little hot

Pros:Very nice affordable price !

This A8 is capable of playing COD4 maxed at 1680x1050 . I also wanted to test 1080p but unfortunately my monitor is just god awful and only supports up to 1680 . Same applies to LOL . In LOL everything is maxed out except for shadows which is at the "High" setting as opposed to the maxed out "Very High" setting available , the res is also at 1680x1050 . I bet I could have also pushed this to 1080p but like I said before my monitor was limiting .If COD games are your thing and if you absolutely love LOL this is your chip =D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHz Socket FM2 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:Runs hot at load

Pros:Good budget APUVery capable integrated graphics
Comment:
This is a good APU if you wanted to build a budget gaming system for now and upgrade to dual or dedicated graphics later. I haven't tried more taxing games like BioShock Infinite or Crysis 3 yet, I don't believe Metro Last Light will run on this IGP, but GRID2, BF3, and Simcity run fine at medium settings and 720p. 3DMark11 scores for the APU combo is P1150. Note that demanding games will heat up this APU. Even with a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo, it still runs at 70C under load.

AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHz Socket FM2 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:At 100% the cooler is loud???

Pros:Fast enough, good graphics, somewhat low power consumption, temps are good with stock cooler, great price
Comment:
This is not a product for a computer enthusiast, but it is an awesome value for a more "family" all-around computer. Used it for someone who wanted a computer (with 1080p monitor) under 700$ and it works flawlessly for what it is used for: internet, light gaming (child), work (office & cie).Coupled with a SSD, this quad-core might be a future-proof computer that will, I think, last at least 5 years for the type of usage this family have.I almost got an i3, but I must say that if you don't need a discrete gpu, this is the way to go.
