AMD Athlon II X2 215 Dual Core Processor Socket AM3 2.7GHZ 1MB L2 Cache 65W OEM
Cons:Wattage could be a lot lower
Pros:Dual CorePrice Comment:
It's a dual core with 1MB of cache. It works fine for every day tasks, but I wouldn't get it to game or do anything intensive. Paired with a MSI 785GM-P45 it's perfect for someone who does a lot of web surfing, very light gaming or watching HD videos or movies. |

AMD Athlon II X2 215 Dual Core Processor Socket AM3 2.7GHZ 1MB L2 Cache 65W OEM
Cons:stupid OEM, didn't notice at first and when the order came in, it didnt have any heatsink
Pros:-cheap-amd Comment:
Bought it in combo with an msi 785GM-P45 for 99$ but as I read the reviews i can see some people got it for much cheaper including a heatsink. Had to pay a 8$ more for a new arctic alpine heatsink. Watch out when you buy products and make sure its not OEM if you don't plan on buying a separate heatsink. |

AMD Athlon II X2 215 Dual Core Processor Socket AM3 2.7GHZ 1MB L2 Cache 65W OEM
Cons:
None so fare.
Pros: Nice for a budget build. Comment:
Got this on sale in a combo for $79.99 with a MSI 785GM-P45 Motherboard and a CPU cooler. Very happy. |
Good little CPU to keep around for the next low power rig i have to build. for $30, good to keep around till i need it. Nothing new, so i know what to expect from it. Fast enough, probably decently overclockable, and cheaaaap.
