I got this to pair with an Asus M4A77TD Pro motherboard, Got it at around %70 after PM and shipping promo, more than $30 cheaper than the 550 and only 0.1Ghz slower, since not planning to overclock with this set up, $30 is $30 of savings, not intent to unlock cores as well althought it did boot up after unlocking but since someone I knew with a 550 started to have problem after unlocking his 550 for about two weeks.Anyway, if you want a fast, cheap setup for Windows 7 setup, this one or the Athlon X2 240 paired with any AMD 770 chipset motherboard should meet your requirements.This setup with 4GB of DDR3 simply rocks with Windows 7 64bit.
