Bought this with a cheap motherboard to replace a P4 which was slowing down with certain programs. Performance is much better now.

Got this PM'd at good price. OEM, so packaging is non-existent. No stock Heatsink(a good thing).Was able to unlock 4th core and stable at 3.3GHz upped the voltage to 1.43 and stable at 3.6Ghz.Super good CPU for the price(if PM'd) Highly recommended.
