AMD Phenom II X6 1045T Six Core Processor AM3 2.7GHZ 6MB Cache 95W 45NM Retail Box
Cons:None
Pros:Bought onsale for $129.99, Alot faster then the current Bulldozer CPU's. Comment:
I picked this cpu up for a client build. I could not find any AM3 X6 Cpu's in my city, since AMD Discountinued The Phenom II Cpus, all stores in my area were sold out. I am glad NCIX still had them in stock as I really didnt want to go the bulldozer route. I would highly recommend this cpu to anymone building or looking to build a new high end gaming system. |

AMD Phenom II X6 1045T Six Core Processor AM3 2.7GHZ 6MB Cache 95W 45NM Retail Box
Cons:Comes with a tiny heatsink, totally insefficient
Pros:Good value, no complaints Comment:
I got this and a cheap heatsink and it works great in my folding box. The stock heatsink had the temps up to 40C at no load stock speeds. Works great in games and for what I needed. I'm using an OCZ vindicator heatsink which keeps temps down to 40C at 100% load in a quiet lightly ventilated case. |

AMD Phenom II X6 1045T Six Core Processor AM3 2.7GHZ 6MB Cache 95W 45NM Retail Box
Cons:Slower than Intel chips for gaming.
Pros:Great bang for the buck. Great for multi-threaded applications. Comment:
I bought the slightly faster 2.8 Ghz 1055T. Great bang for the buck. I built a cheaper machine for video encoding and mild gaming. This CPU fit the bill and cost less than a comparable Intel chip. |

i like this chip, multitasking is very efficient, hardly ever using 100% of the cpu in task manager, speed is fast and lots of cache
