Just purchased this product for my computer. The unit works fine but the software that you are told to download for it is not compatible with Win XP pro with AMD chipset. Just a little heads up so you don't have the same problem I did. The unit works fine but it's not complete without the software.

I was not surprised by this UPS. I am happy that I bought this model. I read the instructions, installed the batteries and plugged it in. It works great on a CAD workstation in RAID 1 configuration, 750 Watt PS, Two 500 WD Black hard drives, two DVD drives, HP 9800 Inkjet printer, powered speakers, and 24 inch monitor. I want to buy three more.

Actually just got it. Have it hooked to desktop, monitor, router, modem. When wiring a plug for my generator, The power was cut on off multiple times and 1 time for about 20 minutes. Also ran generator for about 30 minutes which does not give very smooth power. My trading platform and internet connection was not affected during this so seems to work as advertised

As good as having an insurance policy for your PC. A definite must for anyone, and especially if the power coming from the wall is ify at best. This was very easy to set up. Hardly takes up any space, and has plenty of outlets on the back. I'm lovin' it!
