Very nice top of the line APC unit. The software that comes with it is the business lite version and loads 3 seprate processes. If you buy this for home or even the office just use the windows power managment built in application. Just pick the Smart UPS from the menu and your good to go. Have the computer, monitor (17'' CRT), printer, modem, router, wireless keyboard, and speakers all connected and have 40 min of run time remaining. I knocked off 1 for the software.

Mine was DOA. Didn't even come with a battery. The power cord had dried-on white paint on it and there were char marks and some of the wires were mangled behind the front panel. Don't know if it works or not, because I'm not plugging it in. I'm sure Tiger will make good on it, but beware.
