Price tagExcellent Enormous GAPING PORES I'm not confident what they are trying to hold from finding in the fan, but I can tell you that it isn't dust... Perhaps it's supposed to filter out paper lying on your desk?

Nice filters, fit perfectly, even decrease noise a little Block some air flow, CPU temp went up 2C, so no major deal. Really nice filters, they I hope they work out fine.I applied coolermaster fans

They fit perfectly. They have to go prior to in intake so if you are utilizing an inward blowing fan they are really annoying to clean. and for some cause I believed the holes would be smaller sized but I guess that would impede the fans effectiveness.

Fits perfectly. Very paint-able. I painted mine black. Inexpensive compared to other people. The holes in the filter are kinda huge. I ended up cutting up some finer mesh material (aka window screen) and putting it in among the filter and the fan. Overall, quite nice product.

When I had first bought these I believed they would be a fine mesh or even some sort of cloth. I was incredibly surprised to find they are made of aluminum and are a perfect fit to all of my 120mm fans. As they are metal, they can be wiped down and reused forever. Took a hit to air flow, but that is to be expected. Not as great at filtering as a fine cloth or paper filter, but does not impede air flow as much. I truly mounted one of them to the outside and put a thin cloth filter inside of it. I did this with my strongest and loudest fan. It muffled the noise a little, which was a pleasant side-impact. I used an added lengthy set of fan screws for this.
