Pros:Perfect replacement for Apex DM htpc case. Comment:
This is a great product and handy if you have a DM serie computer case and you broke PSU on it.This is the most powerfull micro-ITX PSUon the market, I own 4 APEX dm-317 one running am intel core 2 duo e5200 and so far onely one psu died (in 3 years) because someone put sawdust inside the box. He was not autorisez to use the circular saw on the desk where comptuers are... but... |
I bought this to replace an identical, defective P/S that came with an APEX case. The original P/S never worked properly and the PC it supplied sat idle for months. The problem was intermittent and difficult to diagnose but I finally tracked it down to the P/S that was intermittent from day one. I decide just to replace the P/S due to the time and cost involved obtaining a replacement under warranty. The replacement is OK but I wouldn't buy a case with one of these again.
