ARCTIC COOLING ACF64LP 60mm CPU Cooler for low profile PC - Retail
Cons:-This thing does run loud if you don't have a motherboard capable of adjusting the fan speed.
Pros:- Cools well. Got my 4400+ under 40C and was around 50C with stock AMD fan. |

ARCTIC COOLING ACF64LP 60mm CPU Cooler for low profile PC - Retail
Cons:Read the online reviews and do your research before buying this product. Buyer beware - NCIX accepts exchange only. Cooling with an AMD 5000+ black edition was completely inadequate. 40+ C idle and 60+ C under load. Very difficult to install correctly. 4 contact points with no spring mounted screws makes for difficulty in distributing the pressure correctly. This was a common flaw noted in the reviews, but I thought I could do a better job installing it. Don't make my mistake. I replaced this with a ruby orb in my Lanbox lite. The ruby orb fits perfectly with room to spare, was a dream to install, is even more quiet, and cut my CPU temperature in HALF! I guess you get what you pay for.
Pros:quiet and small as advertised. Comment:
Difficult to install, very poor cooling performance, cheap look and feel, high pitched buzzing sound. I wouldn't trust my CPU to this cooler for any length of time. |

Cons:??
Pros:PriceQuiet Comment:
I purchased this to fit my AM2 motherboard and AMD 5000+ Black edition cpu. I have not pushed the limits yet of overclocking to test the function but it is very quiet for typcial use. Small form factor and price matched to $15.37 were bonuses |

Cons:Kinda large, not all motherboards may be able to accomodate it
Pros:Very quietGreat temps (~29 idle, ~45 load)Great priceTwo fans Comment:
A great, quiet cooler that handles overclocking very well. Virtually silent at idle or low load, only a slight whirr at high load(this with the case open). Would buy again. |

ARCTIC COOLING ACF64LP 60mm CPU Cooler for low profile PC - Retail
Cons:not as good cooling as regular sized arctic freezer 64
Pros:low profile Comment:
decent cooler that's comparable to stock amd cooler, that's just the right size for an HTPC or mini case. I've read reviews that lapping the base of the heatsink can improve cooling performance by 10+ degrees, since the base is uneven out of the box. |
- Decent cooler for price in a low-profile cpu sink. Beware if you don't have a motherboard capable of adjusting the fan speed, be prepared of the high pitch grinding noise it makes. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-07-08 03:48 PM
