Totally great and rock solid for only ์! It supports anything in stride, and overclocks like mad. When compared to my older Evga 680i, the overclocking setup is substantially a lot more intuitive, and far more informative to the user. I cant consider of a better board in this cost range. The CLR_CMOS jumper is posistioned in such a way that you ought to get rid of your graphics card to clear the BIOS of a failed overclock, which is a real pain when testing for stability. Bear in mind, there are 4 sata ports as opposed to the usual six, so don't get this if you have a ton of drives to plug in. |

Total Size Board, No Video. Supports DDR, Straightforward Overclocker, Has Core Unlocker. (ACC) Lots of settings, stable, Price tag/Features = Worth. No USB3 support or the lastest sata 3, and does not have solid capacitors. The 2nd PCIE slot only runs at 4x rather of 16x which potentially ruins the capability it to run a xfire setup and get maximum advantage from it. Which seems a bit silly. If your going to sell a Xfire board, (clearly to a overall performance market) why cripple the 2nd slot? I knew this buying this board that I would only run a single GPU. General, I'm incredibly satisfied with this board. This board runs rock solid. I've paired this with a X6 1055T cpu and it runs 3.five ghz all day extended. I I could get considerable much more out of it, but temps grow to be a concern. To over-clock with these boards, you require to force the memory's speed down. At 1600 I could not go above 220 mhz FSB, following turning it down to 1066 I effortlessly reach 255 with far more room to run. I was in a position to do this and in fact turn my cpu voltage down. But due to the fact my cpu was pushing 60c with prime, but stable. I left it alone and am incredibly happy. If your creating a gaming rig, with a single GPU this is a fantastic board to use. |

It detected all of my drives North bridge heat-sink does not allow enough room to accommodate need to PCI Express X1 cards. I had to cut/modify it in order to fit my SoundBlaster Fatality sound card most likely voiding the product's warranty. RAID drivers installation calls for a floppy drive. I give this mobo the worst possible ratting that I'd give to any electronic device. The lack of USB RAID driver installation help and the heatsink in the way of the PCI X1 card makes this motherboard one particular of the ought to annoying goods I've ever had to perform with. |

The motherboard layout is excellent and it was very simple to install. The effortless OC and additional features all appear to operate as expected and this is excellent for such an inexpensive motherboard. Wish much more motherboards had additional internal SATA ports, but I can constantly add more with a PCI card. Also, the instant boot feature was finicky to get operating, giving me blue screens for a whilst when waking the pc from sleep mode. All in all, I gave it 4 eggs due to the trouble with BSODs, but it was really effortless to install and Windows 7 supplied all the necessary drivers if you don't want to bother placing the driver CD in. |

1. Affordable2. Lots of functions for the $three. Uncomplicated more than clockingfour. Decent legacy assistance if you have older stuff around you want to use. Won't wake from sleep. Ever. this is my only complaint but it is substantial in my opinion, hence -2 eggs. Been via endless settings changes, no alter. Hardcore googling yielded some similar concerns but options had been elusive rabbit holes to go down. Just installed SP1 for win7 but no difference - fairly specific its a bios or MB problem. Easy build. Runs 64 bit Window 7 with no situation. unlike some other, had no dilemma operating DDR3 ram out of the box. |

This board is super affordable, supports all the AM3 CPUs, supports Crossfire, and is truly nicely laid out. Did I mention that it's a steal? N/A My close friends have required PCs for gaming lately, and I've been using this board exclusively Ɨ builds now and counting...), and it's been a rock solid performer every time. I was a little dubious of the alleged Crossfire assistance, but right now I installed dual Radeon 6850 cards into a friend's M3A770DE, and it worked perfectly proper off the bat. This is an incredible board for an AMD setup on a budget. Can't go wrong with it! |

Value, Features I initially bought two of these for 2 program builds. 1 worked wonderful. The other did not. Since I was constructing two nearly identical systems I had parts to test with. All the RAM, video cards, and processors worked in 1 of the motherboards. So I was able to narrow the DOA component down to the MB. RMAd the DOA board. Got a different DOA board. RMAd the second replacement DOA board. Got a third DOA board. Second and Third DOA boards were also missing the speaker in the packaging which leads me to believe Newegg is repackaging RMAs that they test that function so they send them back out. Did a handful of hours worth of reading and came up with this thread which I think is my dilemma. http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread.aspx All of my DOA boards turn on. Fan on processor and video card turn on. On the other hand there is no POST or video. (Luckily I had an old speaker from an additional computer due to the fact the last couple boards had been missing the speaker) So it appears as if I am finding an old Asrock board with an old BIOS that doesnt support my Phenom 2 555 Black Edition. I just seemed to get lucky with the very first board and it happened to have a newer BIOS which supported my CPU. So now it appears the only way to fix my problem is to locate an old AM3 CPU that was supported by the first version of their BIOS (I have no way of verifying which BIOS is installed without having video) and install it temperarily to update the BIOS so I will have assistance for my 555 BE. Incredibly lame! So for 3 weeks in a row now I have told my client his pc will be ready and it hasnt because Newegg sells ASrocks old stuff even although in their product description it says it supports the CPU I have. And 3 weeks in a row Newegg has sent other obviously returned boards (Bent corner on 1, two missing speakers) due to the fact I am betting their RMA dept tested them with an old processor and they checked out fine so they repackaged them and sent them out assuming we were novices for RMAing them. So back to Gigabyte. |

surprisingly high excellent, affordable, OC tuner and other software included is effortless to use and efficient THIS IS NOT AN SLI/CROSSFIRE COMPATIBLE BOARD!! The two pci-e slots are very close together and the cooler on my videocard hangs over the second slot. I do have a somewhat massive card (MSI cyclone gtx-460 768) but i'm not sure even a smaller card would be little adequate. Knew this before i bought the board, read it in a overview somewhere else, but nevertheless, they should modify their advertising. That knocks off an egg for me. really equivalent boards from MSI/Asus/gigabyte offered but they price at least ฮ more. IMHO far better excellent than related Asus board. |

Low-cost AND Efficient. This mobo worked proper away for me. Threw in a AMD Athlon II X4 three. ghz, 2GB DDR3 1600, ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 and it all came together nicely. No difficulties so far. Lots of capabilities as well. AM3 support. None genuinely. Based on you RAM speed, you may possibly have to manually set it in the bios. I had to set mine to DDR3 1600, since it defaulted to like 1200 or one thing, but the switch worked and no issues so far. |

Not a true con but it is a pain in the but. I would advise this for everyone who isn't organizing on trying to crossfire graphics cards. |

Low cost, functional. Straightforward. Comes with overclocking characteristics and utilities, but I haven't tried them. Occasionally refuses to boot past POST- (I'd say about 1 out of 20 attempts). Have to reset the energy a few times until it works. This would be a bigger dilemma if it was accompanied by crashes though the laptop or computer is in use, but I have not experienced that yet. Consequently didn't RMA. |

Been working with this mother board considering that the day I got it, and hasn't let me down yet. Up to 4 DDR3 1600 slots, a rapid FSB, PCI-E slot for my PNY GeForce GTS 250 1GB 256 bit GDDR3, four sata 3gb/s connections readily available... Pretty a lot the much better bang for buck with all the capabilities that come with this board. If your building on a lower price range, I would advise. Fit so nicely into my mid tower, it was like it was supposed to be lol. It won't make the girlie's come to life, that seem on my screen in those late hours. hahahaha I've tried discovering some specified ram sticks from the vendors list on AsRock.com... I must've spent a great 1 1ǘhrs attempting to locate a few. I'm pretty sure they need to update that list simply because some had been totally either non-existent, or just a pain in the, bleepidy beeping bleep to come across. If your hunting for some ram just sort DDR3 1600, and spend focus to the cas timings. 9ቦ= no so great... 7Ǟ = mucho better... |

Excellent features for the cost. Every little thing you could want and far more at the value range BEWARE! My motherboard failed on me just after a month. Asrock's warranty only covers a 30 day RMA via newegg. After that, the supposedly ŕ year" warranty calls for a ุ processing and replacement fee which doesn't cover shipping, so that's basically paying for the board all over again. You can take the danger, but if it doesn't work out then you have a lot to lose. I tested all my other components with a couple of motherboard and that worked just fine. Tested this motherboard with numerous elements and that didn't perform either. So I'm sure that it was the motherboard that failed. |

Price, Effortless setup, Asrock Instant Boot is fairly cool. You get a LOT of nice capabilities on a actually low-cost board. This board even supports the greatest current AMD X6, so it is straightforward to build a affordable simple pc and expand later. Manual straightforward to read when you will need to refer to it for connections / information. I believed Asrock was made in Taiwan which was the cause I chose this corporation but as it turns out, the board was created in communist china. -1 eggThe install all solution on the CD is NOT the way to go!!! It is full of bloatware and trialware. I noticed a few individuals on right here had difficulty with the sound, I did also until I manually installed the Through sound driver from the utilities disk. The driver detected throughout Windows 7 setup will NOT support you at all! Installing the By way of driver fixed this after I pulled up the sound devices in the manage panel and selected my appropriate speaker setup, then Issue SOLVED! |

straightforward to navigate bios with plenty of possibilities, fast boots, simple O/C choices if you want them operates like a charm for a handful of weeks/months & then it's like it's got gremlins. I built this for my mom as a budget enterprise/desktop gaming construct (she likes a game known as "bookworm") to replace a compaq that was nothing at all but trouble. I convinced my aged dad that constructing a single was far preferred to off the shelf stuff.....right after all the complications with the HD, video card & now the MB itself he thinks I'm full of you know what & wishes he had just spent a grand & purchased a dell. It's practically as though they designed this board to bomb as soon as it was out of warranty, if they could make it as durable as all my Asus boards have been it would be an excellent acquire mainly because when it worked....it worked great. |
