Fantastic preformance and exceptional battery life. Consumer service at Asus Rocks! Spare battery not readily readily available. Battery died at essential time. Battery has 6 month warranty, but Asus replaced it by overnight delivery even though it was a couple days out of warranty.

Fantastic speed, definitive improvement more than the N450 in my 1008HA ASUS Seashell. Screen is effortlessly readable. Shortcut buttons for wifi/power mode settings are truly beneficial. Keyboard is Mac-esque with no the smugness and aluminum. Keys type softly, touchpad is pretty intuitive. I'm really satisfied with the overall operation and the battery life so far is ridiculously lengthy I plug it in at night and it's hardly down. Wifi reception is also excellent. The online storage shafted me since I already had a 10GB account. It never ever elevated with the new netbook activation, there are no directions genuinely anywhere that are clear about specifics which resulted in me utilizing my previous account to login and finding the shaft. I'm not sure how to start straightening it out and hopefully I can discover consumer support help. Cloud services are wonderful when you get it all squared away. The memory speed is 1333 (PC3-10600) which you can't locate posted Anywhere. CNET blew it in the assessment and said it was DDR2 667 which is way off. I would suggest this model or any ASUS netbook, I've had a couple of and loved them all dearly. I will try to update later as time goes on and I figure out far more pros and cons. Hope this helps!

I just bought the Asus 1015PEM-PU17-RD and it is amazing. No problems with upgrading the memory. Incredibly straightforward. Also upgraded from Windows Starter to Windows property premium. It takes about an hour or so to do, but had no issues with the upgrade. I have had expertise prior to with Asus as far personal computer parts. As I have built 2 computers myself Ƒ for me and 1 for my daughter). I really like Asus for there items. I have no cons about anything from Asus One other factor to mention Newegg is ş for my pc wants!!!!
