I bought this unit to work with my PC900A, which I had upgraded with a 32Gb flash drive and 2Gb of RAM. My single purpose for the system was to download, sort and rough edit my RAW images in the field. It connected immediately and ran reliably with only 1 USB2 connection. If I had to find fault with it, it would be just the fact that the front face is angled back toward the bottom, and when I press the eject button, I am also applying upward pressure. A small point, I know, but this means that I need 2 hands to open it unless it is on a secure surface. If it had been beveled the other way, sacrificing style to performance, I would give it 5 stars across the board. Remember: in mechanical design, the motto should be ... Form FOLLOWS function. Unfortunately in today's world of flash and glitz (my sister calls it bling.

This is a great DVD burner. Small and lite make for easy transportation and storage. The best feature is you don't need an additional power cord, just runs off USB.

Unit works great, but theres no DVD player installed on the software.

This performs as advertised. The video is incorrect: if your machine provides enough power, this will run on one usb port, although it provides the dual port option. I use the stand a lot...it saves real estate.
