Cons:I have several MSI boards with UEFI bios that are easy to use and actually work! However this particular model has some SERIOUS issues. It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to navigate, mouse , or keyboard.menus and entries are constantly flipping back and forth making it just a fluke if the correct entry is made.
Pros:well constructed board with many great options for video.excellent fan monitoring software Have had for 2 months now and 0 issues except. |

Not much to say about this board, aside from the fact that I'm very happy with it and it is working as expected. I would definitely purchase it again. Only downside is there are no 'old school' PCI slots, so backwards compatibility with some of your cards may be an issue. |

Cons:Had some issues waking up from sleep on Windows 8, but could be something else and not the motherboard
Pros:Great board, great features for size. Works well in my HTPC case with 5800K overclocked using Asus autotune. Asus has really outdone themselves on the software side as well. It was my first time overclocking and only had to click one button and watch it work. Running windows 8 like a charm. Comment:
Couldn't ask for anyhting better. I have a loyalty to Asus because they make really good products and this was no exception. |

I use this with A10-5800k and the OC features are mind numbing... when my water block gets here I will push this motherboard as far as I can an use all the features. The build quality is quite good compared to the ASRock FM2A75 PRO4-M (the one I bought for my mother) Asus AI suite II is amazing for monitoring and minor overclocking and controlling your system fans..etc... its a little pricy....but if you can afford it its worth it..at least over the ASRock FM2A75 PRO4-M... wait for it to go on sale and it would be a great deal...I paid $129.99I like that this has eSATA, I have an external hdd that uses usb 2.0 or eSATA and the eSATA is waayyy faster..this motherboard has all the features like memOK and usb bios flashback is cool..So far this motherboard is kickin ass and takin names... |
For those who may never change a single bios option, this board should work fine.I would RMA if it wasn't past 30 days.
