Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardSweet deal for the performance. No Sys Fan pin connectors installed on marked site on motherboard? Is this standard or a cost cutter? |

Great MotherBoard For The Budget Buyer
Comment:
Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardThis really is a great motherboard. It has been running 24/7 ever since it arrived, with 4GB 800MHz RAM and a 3.10GHz AMD Athlon X2 64 Dual-Core 6000+ Processor. I wish the motherboard manufacturers would stop and think though about the floppy drive interface. Even Windows XP Pro, when it looks for a RAID driver, it wants to find it on a floppy drive - and if you can't add a floppy drive to your motherboard, isn't that a problem? However, overall it has done very well. Fires up so well that all you have to do is almost just breathe on the USB mouse and its on! Even with a slower IDE 60GB Hard Drive, this motherboard boots in a hurry! |

What Can I Say But A Awesome Motherboard!

Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardAwesome motherboard very fast and dummy proof to install! First ASUS motherboard ever tried and very impressed! I will buy another in the future. Boot up speed with windows vista and 1gb ram is less than 45 seconds. You can't go wrong with this board. |

Good, but with caveat
Comment:
Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardSo far as I can see, this motherboard works just fine, and took right off after installation with no problems. The only 'con' I might make was the lack of a printer port, which necessitated the purchase of an adaptor to USB for my old HP printer, so be aware of this limitation if you use an printer without USB connectivity. |

Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardThis was the first time I have built my own computer...my HP computer's mobo shorted and destroyed the processor, anyway I have a limited budget at the moment but need a good quality computer. I purchased a barebones system from here on a referel from a friend that included this board and an AMD Athlon 6400 cpu. Super easy to put together, works fantastic, no problem installing any of my hardware. Only complaint and its a small one is I wished the board had more 3-pin fan connections. Overall great board! |

Power Up Black ATX Mid-Tower CaseOrdered two of these. One arrived with the front panel completely destroyed. All mounts were broken off with a huge crack on the edge. Case materials feel very flimsy. |

Excellent value and quiet too!

Power Up Black ATX Mid-Tower CaseBought as part of a bare-bones kit with an MSI mobo, Intel Core Duo CPU (3 GHz), 2Gb RAM, 250 GB HDD. Well ventilated case. Keeps CPU & VPU reasonably cool within the confines of my desk. both CPU and Power supply fans are very quiet. Power LED is very noticable which is good for me. HDD LED is also quite visible. I would recommend this case to anyone building a PC on a budget. |

I like it
Comment:
Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardThis is my first ASUS board, being the MSI fan that I am. This board is great. Not as many bells and whistles as my MSI board, but honestly I haven't found a need to use all 6 SATA slots on my MSI board or some of the other features anyway. Sure this ASUS board only has one PCI-E slot, but with a good video card I won't need two anyway. Onboard sound isn't great, but it works. I wish they had more onboard 3 pin fan connectors, but just hook them straight to the PSU and its fine. I would buy this board again, and this board has me re-thinking my stance on ASUS. |

Great case for the price

Power Up Black ATX Mid-Tower CaseI was a little leery aboutthis case after reading other reviews. First, the case is steel and not aluminum as others have said. It isn't as flimsy as I was lead to believe from other reviews. I replaced the power supply on the advice from other reviews. The audio cable was long enough for my board without having to reroute. A nice looking case with lots of expansion room and lots of room for the mobo & drives. Good case and a great price. |

IT WORKS AND THE LIGHT IS BRIGHT
Comment:
Power Up Black ATX Mid-Tower CaseThe PSU works so far been 2 weeks. The case is a little tight and the metal bends really easy so be delicate. I warped the side sliding it together and gave it a small indentation. It does house the guts well and i hope you don't keep it in your bedroom cause dang the front led is bright, definitely would be good for a kids night light. The wires are plenty long and enough of them for the inside pieces I used. I did have to reroute the audio cable as others have stated factory routing is a bit short, but once routing changed I had 3 inches to spare. Inexpensive enough I'd probably buy it again for another build, but I would of coarse look around first. |

Amazing value for price.

Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardAs part of a barebones kit, this is an exceptional deal. All I needed was a decent graphics package on a dual-core system and I ended up with an Asus board, X2 5000+, 2GB of RAM and a 320GB drive in a modest case for less than $200, including shipping and tax! Everything loaded without a problem and the system is a great upgrade from an ancient P4. |

Ultra 2048MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz MemoryI got it as part of my barebone kit. I've bought RAM memory by Ultra in the past and it never failed me. My new computer is now working as I would expect. No complaints and the price is right. |

Reliable well priced board
Comment:
Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardI had purchase this mobo as a bare bones kit. So far has been running non stop for a month with out any problems now. Went together easily. Had no problems with drivers, sound, video, or LAN. One must keep in mind this is a budget board and they dropped many features to keep the price down. There is no Floppy drive controller. Only one IDE port so you can only support two old drives. There are only 2 SATA ports. There is no chassis fan controllers so make sure you chassis fans can run direct from you power supply. And with only one PCI slot you won't have room to expand in the future. But when your piecing together a sub $300 computer these are all things you can live without. Sure you can get these things on other mobos that are priced about the same but then you don't get the ASUS name and reliability. Overall I am very impressed this mobo and the entire kit I purchased. |
Asus M2N68-AM SE2 MotherboardAll around good board, didn't have problems with it. First one was DoA, not a big deal, sent it back, got another one in a timely manner, everything worked well, supports the AMD Kuma Black Edition and performs beautifully. Not the best motherboard I've seen, it's missing a few things that I like, because I usually go full ATX, not micro, it was a weird adjustment, but it's far from the worst.
