Picked up this laptop for $890 when NCIX had it on sale in April. I didn't use the laptop too much the first 2 weeks, just casual internet surfing etc. Brought the laptop to NCIX because the keyboard was loose and was making clicking sounds when buttons were pressed. They stated this was normal for Asus laptops but they did put tape underneath which fixed the problem somewhat.Started using the laptop more often and noticed that there was a constant high-pitched mosquito like noise when headphones were plugged into the audio jac port. The noise is more noticeable when the surrounding enviroment is quiet.(during midnight)NCIX would not assist with this problem and told me to contact ASUS. Since then I have sent my laptop in to ASUS four times and they have not been able to fix it. This is most likely an isolated case as I have tested other Asus laptops and have not heard this sound. I am rating this laptop low because of Asus' inability to fix this issue. Otherwise this laptop would definitely be a 5/5
