ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:one the two PCI-E ports is 4X. Auto OC utilities did not produce stable results.

Pros:Plenty of expansion ports, good size, comes with right angle SATA cables, lots of BIOS options.
Comment:
Bought this to replace my Gigabyte GA-MA-770UD3 as it was being picky about OCZ memory.SO far I have had ti for a month and am happy with it. I am running a AMD 965BE, 3 GB of Corsair XMS3, A corsair 750 PSU, 2 X Gigabyute 6850's Xfire. 1 SSD, 3 WD Black 500 GB HDDS (2 in Raid 0) and 2 ODD's. Seems to handle everything fine.It has a lot of BIOS options, the Auto OC got my 965 BE up to 4GHZ but It never seems to produce stable results, but it doesnt matter it's an auto OC.Happy with and would buy it again.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: Compatibility for a certified memory pack?

Pros: Solid boardHas all the features a regular folk needs :P
Comment:
All in all, this is a great board when you have the memory that works with it. Take what they say will "work" with a grain of salt. I got a gskill set and lets just say it was a horrid experience changing the timings before it stalled lol. But the board itself is wonderful. Memok did not work for me this time.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: Ram slots just a hair too close to the processor.

Pros: Good value. 4 internal usb port connectors. Very good layout.
Comment:
Very good board with lots of options in the bios (the similar gigabyte board seems to have a fair bit less). The USB and sata internal ports are grouped very nicely. I could use on more fan port. Great board.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: Not a weakness really but defaulted my 1600 ram to 1333 but that may be due to default voltage level - was able to switch to 1600 level with one or two key presses :)

Pros: Lots of features (Turbo, memory, OC, etc), USB3, SATA6 (even SATA3 plug and play in the back though I never had reason to try that so far), low temperatures, not-so-cluttered BIOS
Comment:
Good features for a great price on an AM3 board supporting quad and hexa core CPU's.. Asus software provides good performance and overclocking capabilities also.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: Backplate cutouts doesn't match MoBo's I/O properly.3rd row of screw holes missing due to the board not being as wide as a standard ATX.

Pros: Asus qualityValueLayoutCrossfireX USB 3.0Sata 3
Comment:
This board has tremendous value. It posted with no problems and properly detected everything. Installing Win7 64 went also smoothly like it should. Be careful installing ram or the 24 pin power connector because it doesn't have support on that side with the missing screw holes. Overall the features and price trump the cons with this board and I'm very satisfied.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: None right now

Pros: Easy to setup, lots of features I can't wait to test
Comment:
Works great, especially for such a low price. No problems with installing hardware on it. I'm running win7 64 bit which automatically found all the drivers except the USB3 and LAN which you can get off the Asus website. You can use the CD too of course, but it's a good idea to check the website for updates.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: BIOS updating via ASUS update  not functioning; only 2 SATA cables + 2 SATA3 cables; too few chassis fan headers (2);

Pros: ASUS quality craftspersonship; Inexpensive AM3/Hexacore motherboard solution; good quality SATA/SATA3 cables; environment-conscious packaging;
Comment:
Drop-in compatibility with AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Thuban processor and KVR1333D3N9K2/4G DDR3 RAM and Kingston SSDNow V Gen2 64GB; Windows 7 ready.BIOS is easy to navigate and Owner's Manual provides good instructions. Nicely styled chipset heatsinks. An attractively themed (Blk & Blue) design with good-quality construction. Too few chassis fan headers for my Cosmos S. BIOS updating via ASUS update  not functioning (surprise?).A good board despite my nitpicking.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: Mic ports don't work

Pros: price to features ratio is excellentsix-core support and core unlocking that actually worksfuture-minded with SATA 6gbps and USB3
Comment:
A great board overall, especially considering the price. The only issue is one that many owners of this board are having, and that is the 3.5mm mic jack on the back of the board doesn't work. And if you connect a front audio jack via AC97 or HD Audio, that mic jack won't work either. NO fix so far, so beware if you're a vent user.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: None that I can think of

Pros: Asus quality, USB 3.0, Sata 6gb/s, room for future upgrades.
Comment:
Bought this board for my budget gaming build. Everything is stable and temps are low. Haven't had a chance to test out the USB 3.0 yet, but better to have it once more USB 3.0 devices start coming out.

ASUS M4A87TD EVO ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons: None.

Pros: Robust features, great price, SATA3 & USB 3.0 a must! Plenty of room for expansion, great layout.
Comment:
I've been using this board for a week and so far it's just fantastic. I've had absolutely no problems with any of the new hardware I've installed, all works like a dream. The driver disc works well and all drivers work "out-of-the-box", I've had issues with some of Asus' driver discs in the past. Would definitely purchase this again, great features for the price.
