Simple assembly and decent board layout. All self explanatory. * Decent good quality manual, not that its seriously necessary. * Board layout produced sense, nothing at all abnormally spaced out or conflicting* BIOS as expected, absolutely nothing confusing* Core Unlocked a Sempron 140 with minor ease (see Cons)* HDMI and ATI HD card embedded * Only 2 RAM slots* LPT and Serial port. Shed these and add two far more RAM slots* Only 1 IDE slot, but thats probably okay for most individuals these days - I have a couple of IDE HDDs that would be nice to use. * Core Unlocker directions missing from manual * Core Unlocker instructions on ASUS web site say to flip switch on board... no such switch exists. Proceed with the rest of the guidelines and boot + Ř" and Sempron 140 unlocked second core. Newegg is wonderful. Shipped the exact same day and arrived two days later. Super rapid free shipping even at Christmas time! |

Bought for HTPC construct, functions fantastic, unlocked Phenom II X2 into X4, Asus application manages energy settings effectively for cool and quiet develop plus simple OC. Unable to play Blu-Ray disks working with DVI port - get HDCP error from PowerDVD. Switching to analog functions fine, haven't tried HDMI however. Might have to add an HDCP Ready video card if HDMI won't operate for Blu-Ray. Will update when tested. |

Lots of expansion alternatives for a MicroATX board. Tweaking selections galore (if you're in to that sort of factor). ASUS top quality and help. Isn't the full MicroATX width, so the correct-most screws are not used. Ought to be fine for most circumstances, but be cautious when plugging in the power cable. Only two RAM slots. My older ASUS boards have been remarkably steady, even running for almost a decade! Let's hope this holds up to that typical. |

Really good capabilities, HDMI is great, runs dual monitor with VGA + digital out, great bios management, runs cool. In a position to playback all films to 1080p Tv without complications (haven't tried anything higher than DVD quality). Only two RAM slots, appears a small over the prime with all the software "turbo" features. Performs effectively so far, only had for a week, so we'll see how it holds up.Develop:-ASUS M4A88T-M-AMD Phenom II X2 555-Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 4GB ƒ x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)-SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 HD204UI 2TB 5400 RPM-ASUS Black 24X DVD+R 8X-ASUS PCE-N13 IEEE 802.11b/g/n-Rosewill R379-M Case-Noctua NF-R8-1800-Dual Boot: Windows 7 Ultimate, Ubuntu ten.ten |

Modest Motherboard easy to install. Great tech service. At least you can e mail them and get back to you the same day. On-board Video Crashes. I get the BSOD. Saying ATI2DVAG Beginning dump of physical memory to be short and so on. I have installed up to date drivers and seemed to function superior but still crashed. They told me to set up there drivers and it was worst since it would blackout far more frequently and shut down although in Facebook with farmville. I have not tried yet another video card to see if it would aid. Do Not Purchase this Motherboard! I am going with ASUS, and never had such a challenge like this. |

I got this board as element of a daily deal. I utilised some of the parts for a branf new construct, but applied this board to upgrade a children personal computer. It's not prime of the line, but considering that I had no expectations, I am pleased with the buy.I haven't utilized on board video in years, but I was impressed with this a single. Runs Wow maxed out, but haven't tried it in PvP or other significant fights. Doesn't lag in cities with lots of men and women. None so far. |

Value, bundle discount, characteristics. No post/video on very first boot, only the CPU fan worked. RMA to Newegg for exchange. Newegg handled the RMA process promptly and refunded the price of the MB/bundle discount because they had been out of stock for a replacement MB. |

Has a fantastic layout and decent adequate onboard graphics for what it will be employed for. Usually had great practical experience with ASUS goods. DVI port is DVI-D (digital) only rather of DVI-I (analog + digital) which is a far additional common interface. Core unlocker worked for my x3 but then I read this LE only has 125W cpu assistance as opposed to 140W and it's not worth the threat burning up for the board. I only recommend making use of that if you have a an power efficient CPU. Also Express Gate is not supported on the LE. As far as another reviewer not getting HDCP by way of DVI, while I haven't tested that but, not all monitors support it |

Core unlocking was uncomplicated, SATA ports not inline with PCI-E x16 slot so my vid card doesn't bring about a clearance problem. All connectors are quickly accessible. I fully grasp its an LE board but I would have liked the on board sound to have reassignable ports so I can have my headphones and my speakers functional at the similar time. Would like to have the BIOS reconize an un-core locked phenon II X2 555 BE. It functions but there is an annoying message on POST. Got this board to replace my wife's four year old Core2Duo 1.86 ghz method. Instead I'm utilizing it till my P67 process gets a new board. So far I've been actually impressed with the speed & stability. Phenom II X2 555 BEG.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB ƒ x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600Nvidia 8800GT 5123dMark- 12993 |

*Cheap *Great feature-set for those who overclock.*Anti power surge and other failsafes. *Integrated graphics are decent for HDMI gaming, and also enable you to set the UMA memory to 1 GB (I thought the max was 512 MB) *Core unlocker fails. It locked up the third core on my Athlon II X3 and I got the core active again by disabling the unleash mode. *I had some issues with finding CCC to scale to my display p), but it operates now. Seriously AMD, understand how to code drivers. *Front panel audio connector might be damaged. Or it might be the case's front panel audio connector that is damaged. Now I can't use my graphics card till I get VGA and stereo cables as it lacks HDMI and DVI won't transfer audio to my HDTV. This is my first ASUS board used for my initial Pc build and I'm satisfied with it despite the cons it possesses. I'm going to play games with the IGP until I can afford a DirectX 11 graphics card with HDMI. It can run Left 4 Dead at 30-60 FPS at 1080p based on settings. Metro 2033 will run at 20-30 FPS at idle and 10-20 in action (not the type of game you want to play on integrated graphics). It's really clocked at the exact same speed as a Radeon HD 4290 黼 MHz, as indicated in the BIOS), which is cool. I'm going to attempt to take it to 800 MHz.
