I played racing games, fast moving movies at 1080p HD quality and never saw any pixel lag or any problems at all, i was skeptical when it came to LCD's cause if their slow response times, i saw the pixel lags on the 5ms LCD's and they are terrible, but this one is 2 ms with 10M:1 Contrast Ratio it's a real deal, looks like the best monitors out in the market, i have tested many of them and it doesn't compare to this one

I bought this to replace an older monitor.Some say the stand isn't that great but it didn't make much of a difference to me.The buttons are also an issue for some people, but I prefer them being touch rather than mechanical buttons. The picture of videos can change sometimes depending on what I'm doing, but I can easily use the preset buttons to fix that.I'd recommend this monitor to anyone, though i don't think you would use this for a setup with multiple monitors, it is really nice if you're using just one.

This is definitely a great monitor when it comes to picture quality and clarity. It's sharp looking. Anyone who comes to have a look will see a beautiful monitor.However, under the hood are some crappy stuff. There is only a simple getting started guide that comes in a million and one languages. Really, connecting the base to the monitor was simple, a monkey could do it. What was hard was everything else. When I first connected to the graphic card's DVI port with the include DVI-HDMI cable. the picture was shrunk with about 1inch in all four side. Apparently, this is an issue with all ATI graphics card. Took me a while to find out what's causing the problem. Scaling had to be set to the highest in CCC. There was also greyed out options in the monitor's menu. I had to contact Asus support to get an answer. It was because in standard Splendid mode, you can't change many of the settings, but when you change to other Splendid mode, you can. It was a hassle to get the monitor set up properly, but it didn't take long. Asus support answered 2 separate emails in less than 24 hours. I'm pretty impressed.Overall, I would recommend it. It's cheap and great picture quality. Just be aware that you may a hard time setting it up.

I have the previous version of this monitor and bought this one for a friend. They kept all the positive aspects of their previous model and improved its flaws. The stand is now better and it was rotate. A must have for the price.

The color are amazing.The touch buttons request some praticeFixed the HDMI scaling problem by installing newest ATI driver 10.10I took the "ZERO Dead PIXEL" but no dead pixel yet.I would have liked to have an HDMI/HDMI cable between the useless VGA cable that is included.A DVI/HMDI cable is also included

I love this monitor. I can finally see what's on the monitor during a sunny day. The design of the screen is very sleek. Looks awesome IMO. It's very bright and the colours are true. Also love the fancy touch buttons on the monitor.
