Bought this a year ago and am still very happy with the purchase. Allows for lots of high end gear and some interesting uses with the attachment. Just wish there was a few more USB spots. |

It’s a high end matx board. It works very well.Easy to work with when overclocking haswell (considering those cpus are hard to overclock past 4.3 ghz).Everything was running perfectly at 1rst boot.Love the Q-CODE Feature.Excellent quality from asus as usual. |
I've always wanted a ROG board, just for the aesthetics, and when building my newest system, decided to go for MATX. I'm so glad I did, and even more glad I chose this motherboard. Installation was ridiculously simple, the front-panel connector stand-off is a great little addition from ASUS, and the whole pre-POST setup was as easy as you can get.After getting up and running, I decided to do the BIOS update from inside Windows 8.1 Installed and then hung. Thanks to the handy reset buttons on the back of the motherboard, it was back up in seconds.From power to desktop in about 12 seconds with Samsung 830 SSD. POST to login in 4 seconds, POST to desktop (after autologin enabled) is 6 seconds.The on-board audio is a RealTek chipset, but the sound is comparable to the Xonar DGX. The built-in headphone amp is fantastic.This board has made me an ASUS customer for life.
