ASUS P5G43T-M Pro Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:- No Floppy connector.- Video problems on the board I received while using onboard video.

Pros:- ICH10 southbridge- HDMI, DVI & VGA- PCI-E x1- 6 Sata ports
Comment:
The pros I listed are just a bunch of specs but the combination of those features is the reason I purchased this G43 board over others. The ICH10 southbridge is supported by the new Intel RST AHCI/Raid drivers, which will replace the Intel MSM drivers, and will hopefully eventually support TRIM. If you don't need TRIM in the future or trust in the microsoft AHCI/Raid drivers look into the Asus P5QPL-VM EPU with the G41 chipset. It's essentially the identical board with ICH7 and 4 Sata ports instead of 6. (I own both boards)The board I received works except the video is intermittent and artifacts appear when running any 3d game or application. Sent the board back to NCIX for RMA but was notified of bent cpu socket pins, Asus would charge $90 for warranty which was more than I paid for the board. This is Asus's crap policy and not the fault of NCIX. NCIX did a great job explaining the situation and trying to assist me.I am taking off 2 stars because of Asus' motherboard warranty policy.

Good with limits
Comment:
High quality, stable platform for low budget system. Easy set up. Efficiency tweaking resources are pretty good. DDR3 support for 775 processors and mATX are pluses. On the downside: support of only 2x DDR3 modules, an x1 PCI-e slot when 2x x16 PCI-e's would afford greater flexibility especially with multi-GPU support (eg. support for low cost workstation constructs), and the burden of an obsolete embedded video processor.

ASUS P5G43T-M Pro Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:- Slow bootup because RAID drive detection is on by default in BIOS- No frills; only 2 RAM slots- no Firewire

Pros:- The least expensive mATX DDR3 Core 2 Duo board that's half-decent- Still has overclocking options in BIOS- One SATA cable has a 90-degree plug which is handy in crowded builds
Comment:
I paired this motherboard with a Core 2 Duo E6300 and a Sparkle 350W PSU with no problems. The motherboard appears to be stable and reasonably well appointed. The G43 chipset is a great choice for budget builds for non-gamers, but still retains some HD video acceleration.

Great Board, You might have to overclock RAM!
Comment:
This board is fast and sexy! Drivers are on a DVD. Fast and easy install. Awesome BIOS tools, like surge detector that actually told me my old powersupply was going out. HOWEVER: To get this board so that Windows did not freeze up, I HAD to over clock the DDR3 RAM I bought for it. If you don't like to overclock, you might want a simpler board.

Awesome and easy to install
Comment:
Took my 5 year old computer, added this motherboard new chip and new memory and turned from a 90 pound weakling to a hulking muscle man. Blazing fast. Only complaint is that I wish it had more video and audio outputs.

ASUS P5G43T-M Pro Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:only 2 DIMM slot

Pros:DDR3 support, onboard graphics
Comment:
I just recieved the MB and it worked well. It accepted my DDR3 1333 without haveing to overclock it. mATX form factor is ok as it fits easily in my case and onboard graphics is a plus incase something happens to my $200 graphic card.

Awesome board.
Comment:
This motherboard is awesome AND cheap. What more do you need? I was surprised that a board of this price actually supports 8 gigs of DDR3 memory, and has nice little features like built-in HDMI, DVI, and an optical output for hooking it up to your home theater system. It also has 6 SATA ports and a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot which is really nice. I could go on and on about how great this motherboard is, but you should see it for yourself. I highly recommend it.
