Great motherboard
Comment:
Does everything it's supposed to, very high quality, looks great and worked right out of the box with no hitch! I thoroughly recommend this motherboard to any Core i7 users. |

Great product for the price
Comment:
This isn't the most expensive motherboard out there, but it definitely is worth the price. I have enjoyed the ability to tweek the fan speeds to my preference by use of the included software as opposed to installing resisters inline with the fan plug |

great Motherboard
Comment:
I installed 3 of these boards as part of a bare bones kit I purchased over the Christmas holidays Installation was smooth with great documentation, as ASUS always provides. This is the 3rd generation of PxT motherboards I've used and they are just bullet proof! |

Another good product
Comment:
With my original order I had an MSI Platinum SLI board with OCZ Platinum DDR3 Tri-channel memory. I assembled the computer and had problems.I did a test on the memory and it read ok. I called customer service and the staff sent me out an Asus PT-6 board which I asked for. The problem reared it's ugly head again with the new board. They sent my new memory (Patriot Viper) and now all is well. They never gave me any grief on returning the parts and now I have an awsome computer. |

Great board, initial issues with win7?
Comment:
Express gate may seem like a good idea, but wasn't able to get it installed correctly. Has a built in backup system, but without express gate functional I have to rely on it just ''working''. You can manage a lot through the bios settings, but I was hoping that there would be a more interactive disk management program. Might be a W7 problem...I gave up on trying after a while and after a few calls to customer support. (which, first call the guy was fast and helpful, but totally wrong. Second guy was more thorough, just as helpful, and totally correct) |

ASUS P6T ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:Single video card has to be located close to processor
Pros:Easy to setup, the usual ASUS great quality Comment:
The P6T keeps the tradition of great ASUS quality. The motherboard setup and features are great for LGA1366 processors. While not super featured like other boards, will get the job done if you're not into a whole bunch of tinkering. They still include things like floppy and IDE ports to allow those types of devices to be installed.Great motherboard from a well respected manufacturer. |

Awesome!
Comment:
Too bad these are showing currently unavailable as I write this - could be that they are all sold out? Anyway, this board met all expectations as advertised. As an IT pro, it still gives me great satisfaction to build a system from scratch and have it fire up the FIRST TIME without ANY ISSUES! No need to call support - nothing but awesome performance! If you plan to build a system around the new x58 architecture, ASUS is probably your best bet. |

Good product
Comment:
Good product, performant and a lot of features, the memory problem encounted by some of you is mostly due to a misalign processor, so reinstall the processor. |

No problems for me
Comment:
Plugged in, turned on. No problems since. Seems of good build quality, lots of options to play around with. I saw quite a few people have had trouble with this board. Not me I guess. We'll see how it holds up over time. |

DOA
Comment:
My board was dead on arrival. Returned for a full refund. Waiting until next paycheck to get a different board. I was putting together a brand new system with Intel Core i7 920, 2x2GB Patriot DDR3 PC10666 RAM, EVGA Geforce GTX 260, and IDE HD and DVD drives. The system didn't even get to POST. The PS, CPU, and GPU fans spun for 1 second and then shut off. After a lot of troubleshooting and investigating I found that many other people had the same problems that I did. Returned. |

Nice board But has some issues
Comment:
Pros: lots of connectors and an inexpensive alternative to most of the newer LGA 1366 boards -- but still has the features to compete Cons: some of the connectors are oddly placed around the edges and dependant on your case -- you could have issues. I have the Antec 900 and because of the PSU placement the HD Audio connectors are next to impossible to get too. and the wires can interfere with the PSU fan -- though this issue is only going to be apparent for cases with the PSU at the bottom... |

Great Product
Comment:
I've bought 3 of these boards and all have worked very well. Had blue screen issues with one of of my installs but once I adjusted the memory voltage in the BIOS to match the voltage expected by the memory chip, everything worked as expected. |

Great board, works very well
Comment:
My first comp build and it worked great. When I finished the comp, the board did not complete the POST, a test to make sure that everything works. So I googled how to do a hard reset on the board, which is switching the jumper pins, removing and reinserting battery. It booted up great after that and is working fine ever since. Tons of options for SATA cable inputs and has an oboard sound and network card. |

ASUS P6T ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:None.
Pros:Great mobo, easy to install and setup. Queit running too! Comment:
A great motherboard for the Core i7 LGA 1366 Socket! If you're looking to buy other socket sizes, I would rather invest in cheaper motherboards offered by Asus, but this one is a great buy if you're looking into a LGA1366 socket core. |

Great board, Great price!
Comment:
No problems here! Board installed and performs above all expectations!! Great tweakability for anyone that loves to OC! |
I bought this in store and after reading reviews was worried because my system would not boot with the RAM in the black DIMM slots. read the manual and found out that the orange are the primary, A1, B1, C1. After that I tested each DIMM and they all worked. One stick of RAM must be in A1(orange closest to the CPU) To test with only 3 sticks of RAM I used the config A1 B1 B2, A1 C1 C2, and A1 A2 B1. Love the on board Power and Reset buttons. And express gate is useful. To make express gate work the hard drive can not be plugged into the orange SATA slots. Also the Drive must be in IDE mode. DO NOT USE THE REALTEK AUDIO DRIVERS ON DISK!, use the default windows one, it does not suffer from intense background noise such as MOUSE MOVEMENT!
