Cons:Faulty PCI slot 1 would shut off graphics card

Pros:Easy to setup and great bios

I typically would leave a bad review for a such a circumstance, however ncix has great service which i am dealing with. Probably just got the bad one of the batch. Good board otherwise lol

Cons:Software, support.

Pros:Quiet, cool, stable, output sockets, expandability.
Comment:
Chosen for a budget gamer. Great performance with an i5 760 and Corsair 8gb dual channel RAM. Finally, my favourite flight sim with full graphics! Minor trouble at first with constant HD activity, and useless answers from Asus support. Simple fix was removal ofthe Intel Matrix Storage Manager from the Asus software bundle. Great value for the $111m paid after discounts etc.

Cons: No eSATA (on a cheap board is there ever?)Motherboard tray waring...see below.

Pros: So many USB 2.0 ports on board...will never use them!Good board for the price.
Comment:
At first, this board ran great on some G.Skill ram. Then suddenly it rebooted a few times. Couldn't figure out why, almost RMA'd the motherboard. Then I tried something for kicks...turned the case upside down. Guess what...the case I had was not lining the Video card up with this motherboard right. Turning it upside down caused the weight of the video card to seat better. Changed to a CM 430 and the problem was solved (fantastic case BTW). Now its all good and has not reset once.

The item description states that it can support tri channel ram so I ordered some tri channel ram with this motherboard and it turns out only dual channel is supported. I had major issues with 2 different wireless adapters which were very time consuming. It turned out the bios version that comes with the motherboard was out of date.
