I wanted a mobo for a new i5-750, and this fit the bill. I wanted IDE as well as Firewire, and that is sometimes tough to find on the low end. This mobo doesn't do dual video - I paired it with a Nvidia GT240 DDR5 card, and am getting 6.9 on Windows Experience - why do I need dual video slots? Warning to builders, if you are using XMP DDR3 (I got the 2x2gb Corsair) - only insert two DIMMS, one in each Blue slot, for the fastest performance (I got a 7.5 on Windows Experience)
