ASUS P8Z77-M Pro mATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 SLI 3PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 SATA3 HDMI DVI USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:UEFI/BIOS still has many outstanding bugs as of version 1805 such as UEFI occasionally losing certain settings upon improper shutoff (such a smartfan settings), CPU multiplier settings not sticking (ie: change in bios from 44x to 43x, the 43x setting will stick but the system will still be running 44x until you reset all settings to default and then change it to 43x again), some overclocking features are missing or purposely gimped by ASUS to encourage purchasing of higher end boards (VCSSA only adjustable upwards in +0.10v increments, VCCIO voltage control gone).

Pros:Fully featured board with great VRM cooling in Micro-ATX form.
Comment:
It would be an awesome board if they would fix the UEFI bugs, but unfortunately as it's a pretty unpopular board, ASUS doesn't seem to care about it. Knowing ASUS' past of dealing with bugs like this, they may never be fixed, ever, and they expect you to buy a newer product to "fix" the bugs. I expect that of ASUS super-budget offerings - not a $150 "Pro" board.I will be looking at Gigabyte next time.

ASUS P8Z77-M Pro mATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 SLI 3PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 SATA3 HDMI DVI USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:See below

Pros:Good board layoutStableLots of tweaking options in bios
Comment:
I have the bigger version of this board the P8Z77V Pro which is an awesome motherboard, this board is very similar in layout and bios features. Cons:No DDL/DTS audio encoding over the optical portOnly one pwm CPU fan headerNo pci-e1x slot when running dual slot videocardsI noticed upon installing my Hyper212 heatsink the backplate was resting on some resistors on the backside of the motherboard. Some electrical tape would be a good idea here, I used nylon washers under mine instead to raise the backplate off the board.

ASUS P8Z77-M Pro mATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 SLI 3PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 SATA3 HDMI DVI USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:None

Pros:Stable, Good Layout
Comment:
Overall great board. Using it for an HTPC and so far it is running very stable with an i3 3225. The board also looks great and has a pretty decent layout for a Micro ATX form factor. The BIOS also looks fantastic, first time having a board with a BIOS that has a good looking GUI. Overall, great board !

ASUS P8Z77-M Pro mATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 SLI 3PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 SATA3 HDMI DVI USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:None

Pros:Great features, runs cool, great little board.
Comment:
Bought this board for a sandy bridge setup. It has been great. I haven't had any issues with it and there has been active bios updates. The board runs cool, seems to be very stable, and looks good. I cant give any remarks on overclock ability simply because I'm running stock speeds. Highly recommended motherboard.
