ASUS U30 Series U30JC-A2B 13.3" Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Notebook
Cons:
-Weight, a bit heavy for the size-POOR speakers, i can't understand altec putting their logo on that crap
Pros: -Battery Lifetime (4 hours of normal work-use)-Feeling of solidity (aluminium)-Pretty quick, able to play normal games (ie sc2) |
I bought this laptop primary for work and study purpose, i needed a laptop (not a netbook) with decent battery life. ASUS states a 8h on battery, which i never came to (no suprise here). But the computer is absolutely convinient with the easy 4 hours of portability i can have with it.Mine came with a litle default on the touchpad, which i will send a photo on the forum, but i wont RMA it as it don't affect the sensitivity of the pad. Come with no windows DVD, you have to burn it. HDD is divided in two (80gig OS / 200gig DATA) and come with trendnet 60 days and some others software that i uninstalled to have a cleaner OS.I give it 3 stars for the speakers, the touchpad default, would have put 4 if no physic default were present.
