ASUS WL-BTD201M USB 2.0 Bluetooth Dongle - Retail
Cons:class 1 may be useless with class 2 devices?
Pros:small, features (include headset feature), cheap Comment:
I'm happy with this small bluetooth adapter. It works well but I only have one device to test it with, so it's hard to tell what's responsible for the range limit. Software seams good, although display is a bit buggy. I used the handset feature, which let me use my bluetooth headset with Skype. Range is similar or a bit better than what I get with the headset and the mobile phone. Now my problem is that I can't pair my device with my phone anymore - (this is a phone issue) |
The driver on the CD it came with only worked on XP, didn't work on Windows 7 RC x64. However the Vista x64 drivers from the Asus website worked. Have not tested the range yet.
