A few bucks more than some of the other audio cards in this range but I believe that it is worth the few dollars difference. Noticable improvement to audio quality over the onboard soundcard(Asus Z77 Sabertooth with Realtek ALC892). This was surprising because onboard audio is quite satisfactory these days.If you have a 5.1 or 7.1 speaker setup and like rich audio playback then this is the soundcard for you! It is at a comfortable price point, costing considerably less than the cards that would appeal to an audiophile, while providing some excellent audio playback and gaming audio.I am very satisfied with this purchase, would buy this again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to hear a difference in their music or games!
