Not a great product

I expected a much clearer sound from that model. The keys can stick so it is necessary to punch the numbers quite slowly, one key at a time. I only have one line so every time someone calls both line are lit and line 2 light always stays on. It requires several steps, each time, to turn it off. In summary: I regret the purchase and wish I had done more research
