ATI FirePro V3700 100-505551 Workstation Video Card

Incredibly downwardly compatable. Superb shade definition. Quick card for graphics. Gorgeous colour rendition. Really steady None that I can see. About one particular week ago, the fan on my 6 year old ATI X700 graphics card burned out and my computer had to go into dry dock. I have an old Intel D945 motherboard with a PCI-E ver. 1.0a slot and was worried about downward compatability. The FirePro V3700 is PCI-two. and even though it is theoretically downward compatable to 1.1, I'd heard bad issues about earlier versions like 1.0a, particularly with Nvidia Chipsets.I've constantly preferred ATI to Nvidia for the perform that I do which is graphics and net style. They are also far more stable. So I crossed my fingers, ordered a FirePro V3700 and was not disappointed.There was instant recognition of the card and the instal disk worked flawlessly. But it was the graphics definition that truly set me back. Definitely excellent and with a fairly respectible speed. ATI has accomplished it once again. And thank you Newegg for blisteringly quickly delivery.

As advertised Not quick sufficient for gaming, but it's not meant to Fred, this is a PCI EXPRESS card, they've been out for what... 7 years now? You need to lower your tech understanding to about 2 eggs. PCI slots are becoming phased out currently.

Some of the ThinkCetntres 񣩬, A52 or M52) are not regular. They have full-height slots, but they're only half length. Check your machine's specs ahead of you purchase! N/A

Driver update painless.Works with Autocad. hate paying extra for what is seriously a low cost card just to get compatible drivers. may possibly have gotten the card a step above, but this was an extreme low spending budget construct.

It works None I bought this card for our assistant accountants computer. She does a lot with multiple and quite significant spreadsheets. It has worked out good for her, and was straightforward to install and setup in Win7 Pro

Fantastic for an affordable CAD/CAM workstation. Excellent accuracy. Stable drivers. None at this pricepoint. Equivalent to Quadro cards costing twice as significantly.

Pretty package This card does not fit the Feel Centre.I utilized the onsite navigation to choose the card that fits.Even IBM says the 3700 really should work,but the card has a diverse configurationthan the compuer's PCI slots.It is on its way back to NEweegg.Now a day is wasted. How is anybody to know in advance that your details is valid?

It works fine so far. Some games I cannot play before now it's running although I buy this card not only for game.

Wow, unwrapped this puppy, and POW! Running 3ds 2009 and AutoCAD Architecture 2009 on my AMD Quad Core, plenty of RAM and this new graphics card, and now my comp handles like a CHAMP. Its almost a poor-man's work station card, and I can't wait to possibly... upgrade? If you are thinking about buying your first workstation card this ones your best bet.

New Asus P6T m'bd, Core i7, Windows 7, SolidWorks 2010, and SolidWorks PhotoView. This board solved all my issues. I downloaded the latest drivers and my system is blazing now.
