Pros: Fast. Price.

Comment:
Installed it to my NEC USB 3.0 add-on card and it recognized my drives right away. Transfer take much less time than USB 2. There is a firmware update available for this dock to help increase it's performance. http://www.aziocorp.com/azioftp/USB3%20Firmware%20update %202416.zip
