I'm not sure the 2 star reviewer got the correct product - I've tried a lot of noise canceling headphones and for the price (currently $130) they are an excellent buy. solid build quality and comfortable, good sound, and impressive noise cancellation. They do a better job of canceling out midrange frequencies than a more expensive set of Seinheissers I have. I especially like that they have a volume control on the cord and that it pulls out of the headphones if you catch it on something.

Noise canceling works ok but nothing spectacular the good thing about them is they seem to be well constructed and comfortable but the sound quality is terrible with the noise cancellation turned off. Sound ol with it turned on but I have heard much better.I wouldn't recomend for the money.

These headphones are truly awesome. The noise cancellation drains out any noise making it great to use on airplanes or in noisy public areas. Its very comfortable and the sound performance is awesome. I highly recommend this product.
