I am very pleased with the clarity this screen provides for my HD projector! It was easy to assemble and had it out of the box and on the wall within 30 minutes. |

Good Screen for the price
Comment:
This is the only under 92" fixed frame screen I could find for under $300. My basement wall doesn't have room for anything bigger than an 82". Frame construction is sturdy, but the screen itself comes with wrinkles. Wrinkles have started to go away after 3 weeks and are not noticable at all when the projector is in use. My previous screen was a manual pull-down and even though it "looked" flat you could see the hot spots when the projector was on. I have also noticed the odd fabric sparkle on this screen, but it's only noticable if I happen to be looking at that particular part of the screen when a bright solid color at that moment. Overall decent screen for the money. |
Took about 2 hours to properly assemble. The screen is fabric and can be washed which is a nice feature. The only thing I did not like was how the plastic edges fit into the channel. It was cumbersome and some of the plastic that holds the fabric started to crack. The frame is solid and looks great on the wall. I had a couple J-Boxes with white plates and a dark wall and they could be seen through the screen. I converted the plates to match the wall and issue was resolved. After installing the frame, the frame mounts into tabs that keeps the frame straight and the fabic stretched which is a good design. It is easy to remove the projector screen off the wall. Colors looked vivid on screen and it is okay to slightly oversize the projected picture since the edges are black velvet which absorbs the oversized image with no trace showing an oversized image.
