Some Assembly required

Comment:
Product was shipped with incorrect customs paperwork. Therefore UPS charged brokerage and taxes on delivery. I am still trying to get this resolved. Machine came with inoperable DVD drive. Had to open the case and connect the SATA cables.

Really BAD customer service

Comment:
Instead of arriving with 4 drives configured for RAID, it arrived with 2 drives, RAID not enabled. After talking with 3 people for over a week, I still could not get the two missing drives. Could not get confirmation of shipment, could not get a tracking number. Video Card did not come with Windows 2003 Server drivers. All in all a very bad experience.
