Addonics Internal SATA Port Multiplier 1 SATA Port to 5 SATA Ports - Mounts in PCI or PCIe Slot

This is a card you plug into a PCI/-E/-X slot which increases the number of SATA ports in your system.NCIX currently only supplies 2 SATA host controller cards, neither of which have much information on them.Addonics has several cards for sale, but they cost around $35 US and shipping costs $31 US, which is ridiculous. Instead I bought a SYBA PCI-Express to SATA II Controller Card from monoprice.com . I installed it earlier today and it works just fine, the drivers work with vista 64 bit and the port multiplier works just fine with it. I only have two devices connected to the multiplier, but they transfer data at SATA II speeds. So it works, I'll edit this review if it fails.
