paid for NEW came OPENED with missing items

The product came in a original package with broken seal and pen and cartridges missing. this made it useless. contacting this site's support did not help, they told me to contact manufacturer and provided the phone. that number was not even working. then support gave me another number on which a person answered and told me to send email to support -at- adesso but there is no reply for 2 weeks now. sorry I bought it. |

great product, could use some work

as a plus this product does exactly what it promises to do, it records what is written with the pen into a digital file. I mainly use mine for note taking in calss and my only complaint is that when writing close to the edge of the dcreen it leaves a line across the page. |

Good Product
Comment:
The product works very well. The only thing that doesn't work the greatest for me is the conversion software. When converting my handwritten notes into text, it makes a lot of mistakes, even after doing the handwriting recognition program. |
I will write a review after it is opened.
