The is a great set of speakers for the price. They are a little under powered but I rarely use them at full volume. They don't have a headphone jack either. The base sound is great for such a small set. Good value for the price.

This system is great! It makes movies and music sound amazing coming from a tiny netbook and what look like tiny speakers.

i purchased these speakers to add to another computer, for the purpose of listening to the ballgames, while on the puter. for this purpose they work very well. if however you are looking to listen to music they are quite tinny. very little bass, if any, comes from the sub and the two satellites are more like cans. those wishing to listen to music would be advised to find a different set. for the purpose of which i use them, listening to sports, tones and bass are not important and they serve well in that aspect.

The last thing I wanted on my computer table were a set of massive speakers. These fit perfectly. Very low profile main speakers - fit right by my monitor nicely. The volume adjustment was positioned nicely on top of the speaker. My biggest complaint is that the power off nob was located on the back of the left speaker. It would have been much nioer if it was located next to the volume adjustment so it was easier to turn of the speakers. The 3rd speaker (sub woofer) is very big and the cable that connects it to the other 2 speakers is fairly short - would have been nicer if it was longer so that it could have been positioned behind the user sitting at the computer.

I have worked with music all my life. Music is my life. These speakers may have a cheap-feeling plastic casing, but, my god, they are the best bang for your buck i have seen in my life. i was blow away by the quality for what i paid for these things and i would recommend them to anyone who wants a good sounding, cheap system. No regrets.

excellent speakers, no problems so far, ample sound output for a small package, i bought them for $27, went to Fry's and picked up another set for $28.

My friend bought a pair of these from Walmart, and I felt I needed to write a review so that others wouldn't miss out on this. Hands down, this is an excellent 3-piece for listening to music, watching movies, and gaming. We ran it through the loops and I'll say, the bass on this is amazing for the price. You really cannot beat this set for the $20-$50 price range! (Solidly constructed, great quality, and down-firing bass works awesome!)
