Antec GAMING PC CASE LANBOY AIR BLUE
Cons:
CPU back plate cut outHard drive mountingWidthLack of "wire routing cut outs"
Pros: Airflow (obviously)Handles Comment:
Okay, so first off, I was quite excited to be doing a build with this case, but it turned out to be quite a hassle. When the HDDs are mounted sideways we could not get fans on both sides of the HDD "cages" We ended up having to turn the HDDs to be aligned length wise with the front and rear of the case to be able to mount the 3 fans on either side. This also damaged the ability to do neat cable management. If you plan on using a H50 or H70 you will not be able to mount 4 fans on the side panel due to the radiator being too large when mounted x the rear of the case.Another issue with the H50 and I believe would also effect the H70 even with the LARGE cut out for the CPU back plate we could only access two out of the 4 screws to remove the water block/pump.All in all, with a little more width and some slight modifying to the CPU back plate cutout this could be a GREAT case, but I feel Antec fell short with the design of the Lanboy Air. It also would have been nice to see an air filter where the PSU mounts (bottom) |
so i got this case and the first thing i said was "whoa theres a lot of fans lol" and thats about it, not that many good features, such as dust filters, cable management system, fan controllers, and its only gonna be good for lan parties really, not for home use
