Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:none
Pros:Silent, powerful, modular Comment:
This thing is a silent beast. I came from a Corsair TX750w that broke, and decided to go with this modular psu and I'm loving it. This thing is so quiet I can barely notice it's on. There were reviews saying the SATA power cables break easily. Try using ahairdryer to warm up the cords before you install. That did the trick for me. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:None so far. Will update eventually if anything goes wrong.
Pros:Modular and it surprisingly came with a power plug. Comment:
I'm surprised that this actually came with a power plug unlike the Antec power supplies that I've used in the past, so I ended up wasting $6 buying a power plug because I did not expect this. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:Some fans develop a tik tik noise. I have several of these supplies and only one has done this, RMA'd with Antec.
Pros:Good solid power supply Comment:
NOTE: If you use a no load power supply tester like the Apevia this PS will fail the 3.3V rail showing 2.8V. Needs a load to activate the 3.3V regulation. (Confirmed by Antec Tech Support). |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:None
Pros:Antec makes some of the best power suppliesAll voltages are spot on Comment:
This has to be the deal of a lifetime. What you get for $79.99 is a modular, high quality, medium wattage power supply. I will be buying these power supplies for all my future builds. Since parts these days are getting more efficient, there's no need to go with higher wattage, bigger power supplies.Side note - to all those customers complaining about Antec gift cards:Antec does not make these gift cards directly, so do not place the blame on them and shun them. If you read CLOSELY on the card you receive, you NEED to ACTIVATE the card before YOU CAN USE IT. I really cannot stand people who say mail-in rebates are scams. If you follow the instructions to complete them PROPERLY, they work EVERY TIME. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:Sata power connectors are very tight, so be careful plugging them in.
Pros:Clean power, modular, enough wattage for a midrange system. Comment:
I just put this power supply in a customer build. This is a good power supply for any midrange setup with one video card. When it is on sale, you will not find one cheaper which is modular. My only issue with this power supply is that the SATA power connectors are far too tight. If you are not careful, you may end up breaking the connector. Just be careful when plugging into your drives. Other than that, this is a nice power supply for under 100 bucks. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:- None
Pros:- Modular- Quiet Comment:
Seasonic PSU with Antec branding I guess. So as expected, the PSU comes in a nice bag, has long sleeved cables, and solid build quality. One slight exception is some of the modular cables: Antec's appear to be different than Corsair's modular cables. My Corsair power supply's cables appear to be of better quality. This power supply is also not completely modular, but I think most people will need to use the non-modular power cables anyways. The 8 pin power cable was long enough to go around the motherboard tray in my ATX mid tower case. I also mounted the PSU upside down since my case had bottom fan ventilation. I do not mind that the Antec labeling appears upside down as I will not see it when my case is closed anyways. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:- wattage is low for a big gaming rig
Pros:- Modular cables- Black finish to match most cases- Single 12V rail- price!!- stable voltages- extremely quiet 135mm cooling fan Comment:
I'm not a hardcore computer guy that runs tests after tests to determine the ins and outs of parts (that's what professional reviews are for) but I can tell you that I'm very pleased with Antec's products and this one doesn't disappoint. For the price this is probably the best value for your money when looking at building a budget computer. lots of wattage able to handle the latest CPU's and a big video card.(not sure I'd go SLI or Crossfire though), stable voltages, and modular cables are a definite seller. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:PSU labels will be upside down if the PSU is flipped so the fan is facing downward. Looks stupid.Cable length will not fit in a full tower case if routing the cable behind the motherboard. The "darkened" cables on the 24 pin are on the WRONG side. Thus when connected to a motherboard with the clip on the outside the darkened cables will be on the inside of the case and the bright ugly rainbow cables will be showing. Making that feature useless.Other cables have no darkened colour option and are bright red/yellow/black at the connection ends. Not enough cables for a hardcore system.
Pros:Decently priced PSU when on sale.Enough cables for a typical system and gamer.Cable length good enough for up to mid tower cases.Enough power for my needs and the unit so far seemed very quiet (bottom floor intake placement in case)Seasonic OEM design Comment:
The reason I bought this PSU was because of the price at the time being a really good deal, best bang for the buck. Had enough cables for myself. There were more Cons then Pros but it came down to price right now. Antec needs to rethink as they made two major and stupid mistakes, the darkened cables being on the wrong side (yes they only darkened one side of the 24pin connector) and the PSU label being upside if you flip the PSU for a bottom intake placement.Would I pay anymore than $65 for it, Not a chance, I would save up and get a Corsair or Seasonic that has 100% black cables. |

Cons:The colour code on the wires is much brighter than the previous psu's I bought.
Pros:Good price on saleI think all psu should be modular Comment:
I never had a problem with Antec psu's and will continue to purchase them. I like Corsair psu's but they are little too pricy. Since both psu's are manufactured by the same company, Seasonic. |

Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V V2.32 EPS 2.92 80PLUS Bronze 135mm Fan ATX Active PFC Power Supply
Cons:Somewhat stiff cables, but not a problem.
Pros:Quiet, reliable, well-built.After upgrading to an nVidia GTX 560 video card, I needed the extra current and another PCI-E power connector. 48A at 12V more than met my needs.Love the modular design, allowing the use of only cables that are needed (I didn't need the 4-pin Molex connectors). Helps to keep wiring to a minimum. Comment:
Antec has always been a reliable brand for me. In addition to the 24-pin main and 4+4-pin ATX12V cables, I only needed to use (2) 6+2-pin PCI-E cables and (2) SATA cables; there are NO extra cables hanging out of the PSU like with non-modular units. Six modular outlets are available on the box. I installed it in a tight Micro ATX case, and the choice of which outlets to use for the SATA cables allowed room for connections to my two Blu-ray disk drives. |
Great unit from antec and seasonic. semi-modular design helps with cables
