Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Comment:
The hybrid modular cable design is nice. The primary ATX power cable and a couple of SATA power cables are permanently connected and then you are supplied with a lot of other cables that can be plugged in as needed. It works quite well. The fan in it is good and quiet too. None So far it is working great, I have a C2D E8400, 4GB DDR2 1066, a P45 chipset mobo, 5 tricky drives and an optical drive running on this with out any issues. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:None I wished it was a 80+ silver though.
Pros:Silent, modular, long cables, a lot of cables, 80+ bronze. Comment:
Great buy, purchased for $50 with tax included (on sale for $70 + $30 MIR). Was a great steal. Would definitely recommend it. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:Modular (but you already know this much)
Pros:Powerful enough for regular useInexpensiveGood build qualityQuiet Comment:
It is a very good PSU for a medium-high range build. It will give you some room to grow in the future. Majority of consumer builds will never venture beyond 500W, so this is somewhat overkill. Overall great bang for your buck. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:The internal cables are very long and not all of them can be removed.
Pros:Quiet with very good output for wattage. There are multiple options for the modular cables. Comment:
I highly recommend watching the unboxing video as it shows you everything very well. It works very well and is quiet. There are multiple options for the modular cables, but the internal cables are very long and not all of them can be removed. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:Rebate is taking forever as usual
Pros:Cheap, quiet and functional Comment:
Assuming I actually get the rebate, $60 for a PSU like this is a very good price. Time will tell if lasts longer than my old OCZ PSU which didn't make it to four years. Antec claims to have a 5 year warranty on these PSUs so I'm not sure why the product page says 3. |

Comment:
Quiet, modular, works none, see below if you have problems with coil whine or high-pitched noises in the course of operation If you are running this PSU and noting a high-pitched noise emitting from the unit, disable EIST and C-State in your BIOS and see if the problem persists prior to RMAing the unit. It fixed the noise difficulties in my case (found the data via Corsair). |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Comment:
Great style with the modular cabling.Amazing power regulation.Quiet fan operation.Particularly efficient and reliable. None so far. I was having some thermal issues in my case and it was effecting my power supply. I upgraded the case (Antec 300) and the PSU. What a difference!! I was running around 40c core temp, not very good. Right after the case and PSU upgrade I am steady at 27c all day lengthy. Amazing! |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:Not 100% modular, still have a LOT of extra cables in the case defeating the purpose of modular...
Pros:Semi-modular. Got it for $69.99 - $30MIR so great deal. It works??? Antec is suppose to be reliable. Comment:
Cant complain since I got it at such a low price for a 650W |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
Non-Sale PriceNot very modular
Pros: Sale Price with Mail in RebateSeasonic build quality Comment:
With the sale price and mail in rebates this was the best bang for the buck PSU out there to start off 2011. This is a Seasonic built unit that is far superior to the earlier incarnations of the Truepower line. Solid, solid PSU, stable rails, low ripple, quiet, efficient, what else is there to say? This is a semi-modular unit, but it comes with a lot of cables attached so it'll still look like a small octopus is inside your case before you start routing cables. This will run any single GPU system on the market, and handle all but the most demanding dual GPU systems as well. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
none
Pros: quiet, good quality and a hybrid modular Comment:
This is a great power supply and for the 70$ I got it at you couldn't go wrong. It hasn't fried my computer and supports heavy overclocking. Its only a hybrid modular but for the most apart all of the cables that come attached you need anyways! |

Cons:
Read the summary
Pros: Lots of cabling options Comment:
I wanted to upgrade my PSU for further future options (wanted to go crossfire) so I purchased this and flipped out my Silverstone 500w psu.Using the same setup I had a couple back to back BSOD's gaming and I figured out my OC was no longer stable.I had to increase my CPU voltage by 2 points to obtain stability again.I threw in the 2nd 5770 and the power supply was louder than I wanted (now I should of load leveled better) so I went back to the Silverstone and fixed my CPU voltages back.I really should of load leveled better (I had 2 5770's running off of the same plug - which looked like this is what they intended it to be but with all the free power ports, I should of used a separate power port for the 2nd 5770).While the price point is great, I can't help wonder about the power quality when I had to increase my CPU power to regain stability. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
Has 4PIN 12V hardwired and 8PIN 12V Hardwired.. One has to be hidden no matter what. Also wish the SATA power was modular. Since I have a molex adapter.$30 dollar rebate the day after I purchase this PSU. GREAT... Still only cost 69.99 though.
Pros: The better cable management/less clutter and possibly the fan in it reduced my temps by 3-4C. Awesome.I love only needing 1 cord to plug in my 2x 6PIN Video Card. Comment:
My old BFG 650W died. So I bought this guy for 69.99(one day later there is a $30 dollar rebate so it would have been 39.99.... LAME!).This PSU lowered my CPU temps by 3 degrees. And my GPU temps by 4 degrees. WHAT?! I would definitely say it is because of the semi-modular build, and long cables. Has 4PIN hardwired and 8PIN Hardwired.. One has to be hidden. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
- hybrid modular design
Pros: - Silent- High efficiency- hybrid modular- Enough power for most computing needs Comment:
This powersupply can produce enough power to power most non-sli systems today. It can power a system with an intel i7 965 processor and 590GTX just fine. It tends to go on sale quite often, as I managed to get one for about $40 with a mail in rebate. |

Cons:

Pros: QuietModular Comment:
The cables are much tidier looking than my old unbranded PSU, very quiet operation, at 69.99 - 30 rebate it's truly a steal even if rebate doesn't come. Provides enough power for my fully stuffed PC |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
None
Pros: Rock solid PSU. Quiet, powerful Comment:
One of the best build qualities out there. At it's normal price there are other good options but having grabbed this on sale for a fraction of it's current price it absolutely destroys anything else around it. Handles overloading well and over current protection kicks in properly. |

Cons:

Pros: Price-Performance ratio Comment:
good price, hybrid cable management (only needed to connect one extra sata cable), and it is pretty quiet. The power supply is all black with no lights so it does not stand out at all in my case. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
- Cost outside of sale
Pros: - Quiet- Cool- Modular (always a +)- Cost (when on sale) Comment:
If you need a powerful PSU, at a good cost (when on sale or PM'ed), then look no further. This PSU is ready for SLI/Crossfire of high end video cards. I successfuly ran a dual 6950 2gb AMD X6 1055T system easily, and still ran both cool and quiet (Even when under a lot of stress when system is busy). As long as the price is good, I will continue buying more of these for other systems, especially those on a budget. |

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:
- Maybe make the Molex cable modular?
Pros: - Great quality PSU- Cheap on sale ($39 after MIR)- Semi-modular Comment:
For those who got this at $39 after MIR, it's probably the best PSU in terms of value per dollar. A Seasonic built modular PSU for this cheap, anyone passing this deal is nuts. |

Pros: Build quality is decentModular design, less cables in the case Comment:
I have been running with it for a few weeks now, no weakness found. The build quality is decent, you can feel it!With Modular design, unused cables stay in the pounch :-) |
Not terribly happy with this PSU as the fan has become unbalanced after just 4 months. My previous 450W cheapo PSU didn't have that happen for 4 years. Disappointed, but able to RMA at least.
