Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons: poor quality sleeving - in my case the 24pin sleeve was poorly applied it looked like my skinny granny wearing XXXL stockings - ewww.

Pros: Quiet, stable, semi-modular is a bonus - the connectors you're most likely gonna use are there and the modular cables are a bonus if you need to add on. Oh, I love the finish textured paint on this baby - no finger prints & very durable.
Comment:
Since the mental picture of my granny wearing large stockings I had to void the warranty and re-sleeve it. My fingers are raw (used flat staples to remove the small pins) but it looks 100 times better in my 700D case. The SATA power connectors are made in such a way that make sleeving them a breeze. I've removed the Antec labels and applied a cool skin.

Cons: It's blue, I was going for a red build;)Cable sleeving quality is cheap and see through

Pros: Good cable lengthsCheap for it's qualitySemi Modular cablesEXTREMELY Quiet compared to other PSU's I've owned6 Pin cable has an attached 6 pin/2pin cable so I only need to run a single cable up to power dual graphics cards.

Great overall PSU. Good bang for your buck. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet psu and that wants a semi modular one.

As parts require less power now, this unit is good to power up anything, except maybe really high sli/crossfire-d oc'ed builds.

Cons: None so far

Pros: Works great
Comment:
Honestly, I thought I was going to regret buying this because I heard modular power supplies were terrible. It's actually no bad... I kinda like it. All the cables you need aren't modular (which is fine) and the extras you can plug in anytime you want. I plugged in one extra for a couple of case fans and they worked perfectly. No issues.I haven't tried sli yet, but recommended. I bought it for $39.99 After rebate. Pretty good deal.

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons: Has an attached floppy connectorHas both a 4pin and an 8pin EPS

Pros: Nice paint job, does what you need it to do.
Comment:
I picked it up on sale for $70 - 20MIR, so for the price, I have absolutely no complaints. The cables do have the standard bad PSU sleeving though. The hybrid modular design is great, as the fixed connectors are what most people would be using anyway. I dislike how the fan spins all the time, unlike my x650 which only starts at ~20% load.

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons: Not truly modular

Pros: Good reviews, quiet
Comment:
At first I thought the hybrid modular design is great, since the hard-wired provide just the right amount of connection to a basic build. However, since I got a Cooler Master Storm Scout case with 3 fans that require molex and I'm using my old IDE DVD writer, it requires a total of 4 molex, so that I have to connect an additional molex modular cable to the PSU, making it alot more messier with the unused header. The fan spins slowly and is really quiet. Haven't really run it on a big load though.

Pros: At least partially modular.Antec build quality80+ bronze. Good for everyday gaming
Comment:
This is my second of these units and 6th Antec PSU overall. The first one is 6 years old and still running strong. These are good build quality for every day gaming, but wouldn't reccommend for crossfire or SLI of high end cards This review was modfied by poster @ 01-10-11 04:53 PM

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons: Not totally modular (for those that find this important).

Pros: More than enough power for my needs.Lots of cables and connectors.Fairly quiet.
Comment:
My old Enermax power supply was failing and I needed a replacement fast. After some searching and seeing what was on sale I decided on this model. I had more than enough power that I needed and I didn't even need to use one of the modular cables because it included just the right number of standard cables for my use. I was a bit confused since there wasn't a 3 pin fan connector to attach to the motherboard, seems that the fan gets its power from the main source I guess that's the way they are made now? It's even quieter thatn my old unit and there have been no issues with it so far.

What can I say about a PSU? It Pee-Esses some U's.cannot really say much about power consumption, but it's effective and not noisy.Watch out for pricematch. NCIX has a tendency to slack of on price competitiveness lately.

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons: - Makes a clicky noise when turned on at first... scared me a bit, then went away...

Pros: - High efficiency- Quiet fan- Small unit- Good modular cable distribution
Comment:
More than enough power for most applications, currently powers an overclocked x6 with a 5850, quite light on it, but that's what is the most cost-efficient models.A lot of cables were modular which was really helpful to keep the clutter off the inside of the case.

This power supply is very useful, the cables are kept to the strict minimum, and you can add more if you need other power connections for hard drives, for examples. This keeps the cable clutter low, and helps with cable management!

Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Cons:Although not 100% modular, it is indeed obviously required to use an MB power plug and one for the cpu as well, but I don't see forcing ppl to have a quad molex cable as obvious...

Pros:Strong build, you know it's god quality, hence it's brand and reputation, and reviewsMade me discover my past 2 psu's were partly defectiveModular!!Quiet fanDid I mention modular?
Comment:
This tough psu doesn't heat up nearly as much as my TT toughpower 850w modular psu, the fan is also quieter imo. The only problem I have with it is the non modular quad molex cable, If my case was a full window it would probably bug me a little, but still not enough to drop  a star, but I would still prefer a quad sata instead.Note: My past 2 psu's somehow gave me start-up issues in vista and windows 7 64bit, where it would hang at the black windows start up screen, this psu threw that problem away. I still don't know how or why, and this psu may not even be the cure, but I will still assume it is =D
