This is not your ordinary refurb! This puppy is perfect! If you put this next to a new touch you would have no way of telling them apart. Even the packaging comes as a new one would. The back of the player didn't have a scratch on it. The software came just as a new one would have. I just plugged it in and my computer reconized it right away and did all the work. I am VERY happy with this purchase. Don't let the rerubished aspect scare you. Just think of it as a discounted touch!! Thanks another great product at a great price.
