Let me say that I have always received good products from this place. And now for Mothers day I purchased an 8GB EYE TOUCH for my wife. The screen had a non functioning area. Where the numbers 7-8-9 are that whole banner area would not work. So this was very disappointing. The customer services rep 5402 did not seem like she wanted to help. And could barely hear her and had several long moments of dead air where i thought she wasn't there. I must say my first issue with TxIxGxExR DxIxRxExCxT and it was very displeasing. I am asking for refund and taking my business elsewhere. They need to work on customer service.
