Arctic Alpine 64 PRO Rev.2 CPU Cooler - For AMD, 92mm, 36.7 CFM, 500 ~ 2000 RPM
Cons:-Gets a bit close to the ram
Pros:-Quiet-Reliable-Way better then stock cooler-Cheap and long lasting Comment:
I have used this cpu cooler for 4 years now just recently got a 8350 and new mobo. Decided to build a media server with the old board. new board and cpu run hot wish I had put this on my new one as well. Decided to try liquid cooling on the new system but probably would not have thought about it had I put this on my cpu. If you want something better then stock and will last from build to build this is the one you want. |

Arctic Alpine 64 PRO Rev.2 CPU Cooler - For AMD, 92mm, 36.7 CFM, 500 ~ 2000 RPM
Cons:pricematch needed
Pros:small upgrade from stock Comment:
only a slight performance boost from stock cooler. not good for overclocking |
For the price, it's more than what you'd expect. It does what it advertises in the sense that it cools better than stock coolers by at least 5 degrees celcius (Phenom x4.)Worthwhile upgrade for anyone on a budget.Doubt it can handle heavy overclocking, but I'm sure anyone into that sort of thing, wouldn't expect that anyway.
